Our story.
Since 2000, Pizzeria Giaguaro has been a landmark for lovers of authentic Neapolitan pizza in Trieste. Every dough is hand-crafted with type 0 and 00, type 1 and 2 flours, slowly leavened for over 24 hours.
Our ingredients come directly from selected producers: Italian DOP tomato, buffalo mozzarella Campana, extra-virgin olive oil from the Tuscan hills.

We select only DOP and IGP certified ingredients, from Italian tomato to buffalo mozzarella Campana.
Slow Fermentation and Leavening
The dough rests for over 24 hours at a controlled temperature, for a light, digestible and aromatic pizza.
