Our story.
Since 2000, Pizzeria Giaguaro has been a landmark for lovers of authentic Neapolitan pizza in Trieste. Every dough is hand-crafted with type 0 and 00, type 1 and 2 flours, slowly leavened for over 24 hours.
Our ingredients come directly from selected producers: Italian DOP tomato, buffalo mozzarella Campana, extra-virgin olive oil from the Tuscan hills.

Slow Fermentation and Leavening
