Our history.
Since 2000, Pizzeria Giaguaro has been a landmark for lovers of authentic pizza in Trieste. Each dough is handcrafted with type 0 00 Tipo 1 and 2 flours and left to rise slowly for over 24 hours.
Our ingredients come directly from selected producers: Italian DOP tomatoes, Campania buffalo mozzarella DOP, and extra virgin olive oil.

We select only certified PDO and PGI ingredients, from Italian tomatoes to Campanian buffalo mozzarella.
Slow Fermentation and Leavening
